Capitol Hill Tower & Marriott Hotel

Part of the revitalization of the south-eastern area of Capitol Hill, the Marriott Courtyard and the Capitol Hill Tower rise to meet visitors and residents. The two 13-story neighbouring towers have each beautifully enhanced the profile of this Washington neighbourhood.

Beaubois has left its stamp in both places. First, the Capitol Hill Tower where oak louvers enhance the reception area and lobby. The same areas in the Marriott Courtyard not only have stunning furniture but also maple wood panelling and a magnificent fireplace. The company is also present elsewhere in the hotel - the bar, a large number of mouldings, the minibars and valances of 233 guest rooms.

The hotel also offers meeting rooms, a business centre, a physical fitness centre and retail spaces. The Capitol Hill Tower is equipped with a pool and clubhouse and offers its future residents 15 styles of apartments from which to choose.

The towers cover a quadrilateral each and have traditional-style facades with a touch of the contemporary that makes them unique...just like Beaubois, unrivalled in its field in North America.
