A Convention and Major Events Center in Oklahoma

Beaubois is taking an active part in the construction of the Tulsa Regional Convention and Events Center, which will have a capacity of nearly 18,000.

This centre, with a value of US$183M, will host professional and semi-professional basketball and hockey teams, major conventions, concerts and other events that draw a large audience.

Beaubois will be crafting and installing the furniture, wall panels, doors and cupboards for the 35 suites.  The firm's work also includes the restaurant counters, where stainless steel and wood will complement each other, and handrails of an impressive length.

Of particular note for this project is that Beaubois obtained its contract after the Center was already under construction and so took its measurements, produced shop drawings and began production in a single step. Normally, the drawings are prepared prior to construction and need to be reviewed as that work progresses.

The Tulsa Regional Convention and Events Center will be one of the region's architectural jewels.  Its elegant exterior will surround a superbly functional centre with moveable seats and bleachers and the latest in technical equipment for centers of this size.

This is one major league centre that can count of an exceptionally-talented player - Beaubois.
