With their easy-going charm and the latest in modern amenities, the 61 condominiums at the Clay Brook Luxury Hotel & Residences will appeal to discerning sportspeople.
Each of the standard to five-bedroom units will be beautifully appointed with Beaubois custom-crafted kitchen cupboards, mantles and vanities. These Shaker-style condominiums are selling for between $450,000 and $1,500,000 each.
This four-star property is part of Lincoln Peak Village, which will open for its first season in 2007. Eventually, this new development will connect to the existing Sugarbush Village, creating a new sports community.
