Beaubois is currently working on two hotel projects in this state: the Tulalip Tribes Hotel in Quil Ceda Village and the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences in Seattle.
The Tulalip Tribes Hotel, an investment of US$130M, will be next to the Tulalip Casino, owned by the Amerindian community of the same name. Beaubois will be crafting all the architectural woodwork as well as the counters in the 347 guest rooms and 20 suites of this 4-Star - 4 Diamonds hotel.
Located in the heart of Seattle, the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences will offer 148 suites and 36 luxurious condominiums with values ranging from $1 to $2M per unit.
The Tulalip Tribes Hotel project has a very challenging schedule. The first architectural elements had to be delivered within four months of start-up and everything must be completed by May 2008. This is a tall order but, as witnessed by its performance on previous projects, Beaubois will deliver on time, thanks to its team and state-of-the art technology.
The Tulalip Tribes Hotel will offer guest rooms and suites double the size of those offered by comparable properties and the Conference Centre will be able to handle up to 800 banquet guests. According to the owners, the sumptuous design will rival those of similar complexes in Las Vegas, Reno and Vancouver.
