Beaubois' talent and expertise will be evident in each one of the building's 26 courtrooms as the firm is doing the complete fit-up - judges' benches and public seating, witness stands, jury, prisoner and bailiff boxes, and lawyers' tables. Each room and corridor will be elegantly accentuated with stately African mahogany pilasters.
Beaubois is also providing the bookshelves and wall panels in each of the 19 judges' chambers and decorating the jury suites and elevator lobbies with wall panels featuring stainless steel inserts. Last, but not least, the firm will be producing and installing the doors, frames and window sills on all 12 floors of the building.
The first floors will be the busiest in the building. The courtrooms and judges' chambers will be located on the upper floors, which will house the Criminal Court, Family Court, Traffic Court, Jury Duty Court, Civil Court, District Jury Court and Complex Litigation.
The very stylized architecture will provide the perfect setting for the artistic talents of Beaubois as the firm seeks to extend its presence all along the Mississippi.
