By encouraging individualized and continuing professional training as well as skills development and succession planning within the company, Beaubois has developed a proactive and rigorous skills and knowledge development philosophy and approach over the years.

Our supervisors and human resources team periodically analyze our training needs by means of various approaches, such as training committees and performance evaluations.

From the moment they are hired, all of our employees also have access to:

  • On-the-job training programs with their peers and training programs developed in collaboration with our employees;
  • Training programs tailored to skill requirements specific to our field;
  • Courses developed in partnership with specialized schools and training centres;
  • Training programs designed to develop our managers' skills;

  • Guidance and proactive follow-up by our Human Resources Department with regards to training;
  • A training centre including dedicated learning rooms and tools.
